A group of Iranian-Americans protested against the movie 300 in New York City on March 25th, 2007. They termed the movie anti-Iran.

The protest took place as part of the 4th annual Iranian-American Parade in New York. The protestors carried banners which said the following:

Movie 300 Lies Hollywood Stop Persian Phobia

and

Hate Racist Movie 300 Shame on Warner Brothers
