I have received many cards recently from all over
the world with Norouz greetings but there is one that stands out without a doubt
and will stay in one's mind long after the Norouz celebrations have
passed. I wanted to share this card
with you which I received from the Zanestan website www.herlandmag.info
The artwork
displays the 7 rights the Iranian women have been demanding. These rights cover
marriage, divorce, citizenship, testimony among
others.
I managed to find the lady who actually did
the work. Her name is Raheleh Asgarizadeh.
I can only hope that our friends,
alongside other Iranian women, use the moderation and the patience
that has been exerted in the past to achieve these goals peaceably for
all.
