Tehran, may 29, IRNA - Iran's Judiciary spokesman Alireza Jamshidi said on Tuesday that Ministry of Intelligence lodged complaint with court of justice against Ms. Haleh Esfandiari.

Speaking to reporters, Jamshidi said that Ms. Esfandiari was accused of action against national security through spy activities for the interest of foreigners.

He added Esfandiari is currently under arrest and is being interrogated.

The judiciary spokesman said that another Iranian national, Kian Tajbakhsh, is under temporary arrest for action against national security.
