TEHRAN, Nov. 26 (ISNA)-Abdul Aziz Hakim expresses hope that Iran and the U.S. will reach an agreement over Iraq during the fourth round of their talks to be held on Tuesday.

In a news conference held in Baghdad he stated that Iraq steps en rout to Tehran-Washington successful talks.

Also in response to the U.S. military remarks that say Iran was involved in Iraq's explosion at al-Ghazal pet market the leader of supreme Islamic Iraqi council asserted that Iran is not responsible for this explosion.

"These are not the only allegations they have made and I believe they should bring evidence to prove their claims," Hakim said.
