Tehran, Oct 6, IRNA - Iranian border with Iraqi Kurdistan will reopen from tomorrow, Under-Secretary of Supreme National Security Council for Internal Affairs Mohammad Jaafari said on Saturday.

He said that the decision was made after Iraqi Kurdish officials discussed border security with Iranian officials in Tehran.

Jaafari said that Iraqi Kurdish officials agreed to take practical measures to monitor the border to prevent the terrorists from crossing into Iranian territory from Iraq.

He said that the next round of talks with the Iraqi Kurdish officials will be held on October 18 to study the practical steps to stop cross border movements of terrorists.
