The exhibition in Paris was dedicated to the late Princess Diana. Romero Britto has painted 8 different portraits of the Princess. These portraits will be signed on the verso by famous personalities in the world, among them Mikhail Gorbachev, Liza Minnelli and Hillary Clinton and then sold at auction for a charity organization dedicated to the fight against land mines. At the request of the artist Shahbanou Farah Pahlavi also signed a portrait for the same purpose.

It is the Tenth Anniversary of the death of  Princess Diana and her Egyptian Fiancé Dodi El Fayed who were killed in a car accident at the Pont de L'Alma in Paris while trying to escape paparazzi photographers ...

A modern day pop culture icon, Romero Britto is one of the premiere artists of our time. As the youngest and most successful Pop Artist of his generation, Britto has managed to create contemporary masterpieces that evoke a spirit of hope and convey a sense of warmth. Embraced by the international community, Britto's paintings and sculpture are currently featured on five continents in more than 100 hundred galleries worldwide, including the Saatchi Gallery in London, who recently incorporated his artwork as part of their new online gallery. In addition, Britto's artwork is also included in some of the world's most impressive private collections.

Whether it's serving as a panelist at the World Economic Forum, or creating the NFL Superbowl XLI pre-show with Cirque du Soleil, or the prestigious United Nations Postal stamp collection, Britto is a highly sought after artist by not only private collectors, but key global entities around the world. He has been tapped to bring a unique visual interpretation to world renowned brands such as Absolut, Disney, Movado, Pepsi, Evian, Microsoft X-Box, BMW, Volvo and Audi.
