Tehran, Sept 18, IRNA - Head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization (IAEO) Reza Aqazadeh and his Russian counterpart Sergei Kiriyenko Monday in Moscow reviewed the process of expert talks on Bushehr nuclear power plant, it was announced here on Monday.
The announcement was made by Deputy head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization (IAEO) for international affairs Mohammad Saeedi.
Saeedi told IRNA that Aqazadeh and Kiriyenko agreed that the sum up and evaluation made by the two expert teams on Bushehr power plant would be sent to the heads of the two atomic energy agencies in the next one month.
Aqazadeh arrived in Vienna on Monday to attend the annual General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
Aqazadeh who is currently in Vienna to attend the annual General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) made the remarks in an interview with IRNA.
"We have numerous issues with the Russian side, one of which is the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant," he added.
"We were both agreed that setting exact dates for putting into operation of the power plant, and delivery of the fuel for it to Iran was in need of more bilateral work," Aghazadeh said.
The two countries' delegations are to continue the ongoing negotiations, and announce the final result of talks on putting into operation of the Bushehr Plant as soon as possible, he said.
The week-long annual General Conference of the IAEA was opened in Vienna on Monday.
