Paris, Sept 24, IRNA - Iranian community residing in France in a rally in
Paris on Sunday protested to the recent statement of French foreign minister
about Iran and called for a peaceful solution to Iran's nuclear issue.

In a two-hour gathering at Trocadero Square in central Paris
they condemned any military attempt against their homeland and called for
establishment of peace and security in the world.
They said in a statement that what French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner
has said about Iran was incredible and a cause of wonder.
The statement said Kouchner has unbelievably turned his back on his
principled policy of condemning the US attack on Iraq four years ago which he
rightly stood by and proved right by the consequences of that war.
Head of the Iranian community in France Ali Rastbin said during the rally
that a just diplomatic solution in accordance with international laws and
regulations should be found for Iran's nuclear issue. He said the Iranian
community in Frnace on behalf of all Iranians in Europe vigorously condemns any
military attempt against Iran with or without UN consent.
In a statement read by the spokesman of the community at the end of the
demonstration, any threatening and destructive attempt by foreigners and any
illegal act depriving Iranians of their political, social and economic rights
have been rejected. The statement calls for peace in a world which would secure
equal rights and freedom for all regardless of their religion, gender or race.
It has also underlined the fact that any attack on Iran would be considered
violation of international laws and the UN charter.
They also called on the French foreign minister and secretary general of
International Atomic Energy Agency to visit all Iranian nuclear plants and
safeguard Iran's nuclear rights through an international
solution.
