The Iranian wrestlers in men's 84kg, 96kg and
120kg categories have been defeated on the 13th day of the Beijing Olympic
Games.
Reza Yazdani beat his polish rival Radoslav Horbek 3-1 in his first fight in
the 84kg class but was later defeated 0-5 by Nauruz Temrezov from Azerbaijan in
the second game on Thursday.
In the 96kg category, Saeed Ebrahimi came out as winner against Saleh Emara from
Egypt, before he was beaten 3-0 by Georgian wrestler George Gogshelidze.
Fardin Masoumi
Iran's Fardin Masoumi gained a 4-0 victory over Lawrence Langowski from Mexico,
but was knocked out of the competition after losing to Bakhtiyar Akhmedov from
Russia.
