Press TV - Iran's female athlete Maryam Esmati has won a bronze medal in the taolu event at the World Junior Wushu Championship in Bali, Indonesia.
The Iranian national came third with 8.85 points when she performed well in the Nandao event on Friday morning.
The Indonesian athlete won the gold medal in the event while Malaysia stood in the second place to grab the silver.
Wushu is both an exhibition and a full-contact sport derived from traditional Chinese martial arts.
Earlier, Iran took two other bronze medals through Farshid Asadian and Mahdi Mokhtarpour in the competition.
Athletes from 43 countries are partaking in the Bali event, which will run up to December 14.
