Camp
Ayandeh 2008, taking place at Emory University on June 22-28, 2008, is open to
rising high school sophomores through graduating high school seniors. The cost
of the camp, which includes 7 days and 6 nights of room, board, and activities,
as well as transportation between the camp and airports, or other transportation
hubs, is $550 - if we receive your application by March 1st. The cost of the
camp is $625 for applicants who submit an application after March 1st.
Campers are
responsible for airfare and transportation to and from Atlanta.

Camp Ayandeh 2008 is a youth
leadership camp for young Iranian-Americans. The curriculum – which is
developed by IAAB staff – focuses on building confidence, prompting dialogue
among campers, stimulating personal reflection and cultivating leadership

Logistics

Communication between
campers, parents and staff will be open throughout the camp.

Our camp staff works
hard to maintain a caring learning environment.

Sleeping quarters are
divided by gender.

All meals and snacks
will be provided at Camp Ayandeh.

At all times, campers
will be under the supervision of Emory staff, IAAB staff and camp
counselors.

Emory facilities are
fully equipped with security personnel and hospitals located on-campus for
student safety.
The IAAB staff views Camp
Ayandeh as the highlight of their year, as do many of our campers. Camp Ayandeh
saw a 97% retention rate between Camp Ayandeh 2006 and Camp Ayandeh 2007. As a
whole, IAAB is eagerly looking forward to an amazing week in June 2008, and
