Winter by Vahid Reza Ramezani

Payvand.com - Vahid Reza Ramezani is an Iranian American living in Rockville, Maryland. He studied applied mathematics and electrical engineering at the University of Maryland at College Park and received his PhD from there in 2001. The main focus of his scientific research is the relationship between uncertainty and information in dynamical systems. His research articles have appeared in various journals since 2001.

He has held various art exhibitions over the past few years; the culmination of his artistic efforts is a digital series titled "time and eternity:  the dynamics of the Universe" which went on display in 2004 at Isfahan Museum of Modern Art. The series is now available online in, compressed format, at http://v.ramezani.googlepages.com/ where links to his poetry, a review on an earlier version of the series and some notes on the series can be found. A recording of a poem written in 2005 in Persian and contact information is also available online.
