Iran's parliament studies reduction of economic transactions with France

TEHRAN, Jan. 28 (ISNA)-The head of Iran's parliament national security and foreign policy commission emphasized Iran should reduce its economic transactions with France particularly in car industry.

Alaedin Boroujerdi said due to Sarkozy's unreasonable and unfriendly policies towards Iran in particular considering the nuclear issue there would be no reason to continue the relations in the current way.

There are different options in Asia and Europe to be substituted with France in car industry therefore it is possible for Iran to reduce transactions with France, he noted.

The national security and foreign policy commission is studying aspects of this issue for deciding on the case.
