TEHRAN, Jan. 29 (ISNA)-Russia's ambassador to Tehran announced his country's space cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Iran is focused on peaceful intentions.

Alexander Sadovnikov noted presently there is a joint plan for launching two Iranian satellites called "Zohre" and "Mesbah" and emphasized the cooperation is only intended in peaceful and research purposes.

He told al-Alaam channel that Iran has launched its first satellite called "Sina" with the aid of Russia.
