The Lianmond Marine Hotel will
be entirely constructed with environmental friendly materials to inflict minimal
damage to the marine environment.
The $450 million hotel will eventually sit some 600 meters off the Bushehr coast
and will have a capacity for 1,000 guests.
The builders say they plan to incorporate the traditional and historical
architecture of Bushehr into the hotel design.
