Press TV - Iran's water polo team will face Germany on Wednesday in the FINA Men's Water Polo Olympic Games Qualifiers in Oradea, Romania.

The Iranian team tied 8-8 with Mexico on Tuesday but was defeated by Italy and Canada in the first two matches.

On Tuesday, the German team managed to beat Mexico with a win of 29-1.

Iran is in group B competing with Mexico, Germany, Italy, Canada and Macedonia.

Twelve teams are competing in two groups in the tournament that began March 2nd and will end on the 9th.

The first three teams will qualify for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
