TEHRAN, Mar. 10 (Mehr News Agency) - Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono arrived in Tehran on Monday for a three-day visit during which he plans to hold talks with top Iranian officials on ways to improve bilateral relations.
Yudhoyono is also expected to discuss a $2 billion agreement with Iran on building an oil refinery with a capacity of 200,000 barrels per day in the Banten province of Indonesia.
The visit follows and invitation by Iranian President Mahmud Ahmadinejad who proposed an energy agreement, estimated at $4 billion, during a trip to Jakarta last year.
