Tehran, March 16, IRNA - Foreign Ministry spokesman Mohammad-Ali Hosseini said in Tehran on Sunday that Swiss Foreign Minister is to arrive in Tehran today.
Addressing his weekly press briefing, he said that Tehran-Bern economic cooperation, particularly in the area of energy, as well as the latest regional and international developments will top the agenda of talks to be held between the visiting Swiss delegation and Iranian senior officials.
Asked what would be Iran's response to any probable request made by US national security advisor Henry Kissinger on start of direct talks between Iran and the US, Hosseini said that Tehran has not received any official letter or request from Mr Kissinger.
"We have announced our stand regarding Tehran-Washington talks.
There is no bilateral talks between the two states on the agenda," he added.
Tehran has also repeatedly announced its stand regarding its peaceful nuclear activities, Hosseini told domestic and foreign reporters.
