Tehran, March 22, IRNA - Iran's 120 kg Greco Roman wrestler Masood Hashemzadeh on Saturday won a second gold medal for Iranian team taking part in the Asian Wrestling Championship Tournament in South Korea.
Hashemzadeh overpowered his Kazakh rival Tus Maier to receive the gold medal, thus finding his way to the Beijing 2008 olympic games.
Already Hamid Surian had bagged a gold medal and Taleb Nematpour a silver medal of the contest for Iran.
Surian overpowered his 55 kg North Korean rival six to three to win the gold medal while Nematpour defeated his 84 kg Japanese rival to gain the silver medal.
Iran's national Greco Roman wrestling team is due in Iran on Monday.
