MACAU, May 16 (Mehr News Agency)-- Iranian wushu athletes won ten medals in the seventh Asian Wushu Championships in Macau.

Hossein Ojaghi, under 90 kg weight class wushu athlete, defeated Uzbekistan's rival in two successive rounds on Friday and gained the gold medal.

Khadije Azad-pour, in the 65 kg, won the silver medal after being beaten by Vietnamese sanshu athlete in the final game.

Iran came third in sanshu in total with one gold medal, two silver and seven bronze.

China clinched the championship with 12 gold medals as the Philippines finished in second place with one gold medal, four silver and one bronze.
