After many years of mountain climbing, I decided to start my journey. In my first journey, I traveled from Caspian Sea to Persian Gulf on foot.  On April 4, 2006 (15 Farvardin 1385) I started my travel by foot from Caspian Sea. I poured a bottle of Caspian Sea water in Persian Gulf After 57 days.

After over a year of rest, I started my second journey from Persian Gulf with the intention of passing through Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Myanmar (Burma), Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and china, to appear at the point of holding Olympic 2008 Games.

I am traveling around the world on foot with the motto of peace and friendship for all nations and supporting children of streets.

I ask for support of all people in the world until the time when there is no child with any parents or any unattended child.

All men are members of the same body, Created from one essence.
If fate brings suffering to one member, The others cannot stay at rest. You who remain indifferent To the burden of pain of others,
Do not deserve to be called human.

Colin Perry sits down with a world-class wanderer as she rests her feet in Ha Noi before trekking to Beijing for the Olympics.

What possesses people to leave the comfort of their own homes, the security of everyday routines and their loved ones to scale mountain tops, row across the Pacific, swim the English Channel or, in this case, trek 12,000km across Asia?
