TEHRAN, Oct. 10 (ISNA)-An Iranian high-ranking economic delegation led by Minister of Finance, Shamseddin Husseini, has headed off to Washington to participate in the annual meeting of International Monetary Fund (IMF).
Husseini will voice Iran's attitudes over the global financial crisis, food price inflation and energy in a speech.
The Iranian board will also hold meetings with representatives of other countries over economic growth strategies and transmission of credit to developing countries.
The IMF meeting is held October 10-13 to review a global response to the current financial crisis.
