Tehran, Oct 28, IRNA - Despite economic sanctions imposed by some European states and the USA, some European and American companies have participated in the Forth Persian Gulf Air Show on Kish Island.

Announcing this, the spokesman of the exhibition underlined that some 80 companies from home and abroad are participating in the event.

"The foreign participants are from Russia, Germany, Sweden, Turkey, China, Poland, France, Ukraine and the USA," Mohammad-Reza Akbari said.

According to him, the air show is providing a suitable venue for participants and visitors to meet with their counterparts to discuss their subjects of interests and explore business opportunities.

The Persian Gulf Air Show started on October 28 and will wind up on October 31.
