Iran's President said on Wednesday
the country will offer a new package of proposal for future talks with the P5+1
over its nuclear program.

Iran's Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant
"We dispatched a package for negotiations last
year but today the situation has changed and great developments have happened in
the world during one year," Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said in a speech for a crowd
gathered in Kerman city during his 56th provincial tour.
"We design a new package, it will be prepared and we will present it, we will
have dialogue based on it which guarantees peace, justice, respect for nations
and their participation in resolving the global issues," he added.
They (westerns) have issued statement that they are going to resolve problems
through diplomacy and dialogue, he continued, Iran's nation welcomes logic,
dialogue and constructive cooperation based on respect.
The President, however, advised the West to change approaches.
You know that you are in a weak position, empty-handed and you can't succeed by
use of force, we recommend you to rectify your literature while addressing other
nations, respect nations and do not talk with Iranians on the basis of
selfishness or otherwise you will receive the same response that Bush did, he
stated.
Those who speak of alteration should bring fundamental change in their policies
and behavior, they should end speaking with nations arrogantly and should
recognize and respect their rights, they should also withdraw their forces from
across the world, he noted.
Ahmadinejad further urged US and other nuclear weapon possessors to destroy
their weapons of mass destruction so that people can live in peace.
"What have nations done wrong that they have to live next to threats raised from
their atomic arsenals? If they seek real change they must close their military
bases and respect nations' independence and values."

The Development and Proliferation of
Nuclear Weapons

Today eight countries
are possessing nuclear weapons. The five nuclear weapons states
United States, Russia (former Soviet Union), United Kingdom, France
and China, are the only countries allowed to have nuclear weapons
according to the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) from 1970. All
members of the United Nations except Israel, India and Pakistan have
signed the NPT.

Ahmadinejad on Thursday, on the occasion of the
4th national day of nuclear technology, inaugurated the country's first Fuel
Manufacturing Plant (FMP) in Isfahan and announced that it has tested two types
of new high-capacity centrifuges.
The Head of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI), Gholam Reza Aghazadeh
said that the high-capacity centrifuges were 5 to 6 times faster than the older
ones. He said around 7000 centrifuges have been installed in Natanz facilities.
The deputy head of AEOI, Mohammad Saeedi also said production of nuclear fuel
assemblies in Isfahan's FMP must have ended the West ambiguities on Iran's fuel
cycle because it showed that the final purpose of the country's enrichment
activities is to produce fuel assemblies for research and electricity-generating
reactors.
The P5+1 intends to resume talks with Tehran to reach a solution for the dispute
this time with the US present at the negotiation table.
