Enroll Today for Your Spot at Iranian Alliances Across Borders' Camp Ayandeh 2009

Iranian Alliances Across Borders encourages your high school student to enroll today for Camp Ayandeh 2009, the fourth installment of IAAB's Iranian-American high school leadership camp. This year's camp will be held at Duquette Academy in Western Massachusetts, June 28- July 5, 2009. Camper applications will be accepted until June 7, 2009, and campers are encouraged to enroll quickly as spots are limited due to a high number of applications already received.

Staying true to its mission of empowering young Iranians and ultimately promoting Iranian culture, Camp Ayandeh was initiated to provide leadership opportunities to Iranian-American youth. Camp Ayandeh is open to all high school students and applications can be found online at http://iranianalliances.org/camp/2009/applications. There are a number of need-based scholarships available to students as well. More information regarding scholarships can be found online at http://iranianalliances.org/camp/2009/scholarships.

Camp Ayandeh strives to offer campers a positive, inclusive environment where they have the opportunity to grow, learn, and develop a sense of personal culture as members of the Iranian diaspora community. Campers will meet and interact with Iranian Americans their own age, create lasting friendships, and gain leadership skills that they can use to help shape their own communities. Camp Ayandeh is a non-political, non-partisan camp that is open to students of all races and creeds. Prior knowledge of Farsi is not required, as all activities are in English.
