PUNE, India, Aug. 7 (Mehr News Agency) -- To earn fifth place of the 2009 FIVB Men's Junior Volleyball World Championship in Pune, India, Iran will play Belgium on Saturday.

Having lost to Cuba and Brazil, Iran defeated the U.S. on Thursday to have a chance to finish the championship in the fifth place.

The previous edition's bronze medalist has defeated Belgium 3-0 in the preliminary round. The U.S. will play Russia for 7th place.

Defending champion Brazil is scheduled to play host India and Cuba plays Argentina in the semi-final round on Saturday.
