Guided by the words of Seth Godin's book Tribes
and inspired to create a soundtrack for Iranian Democracy, Buddahead's third
release is accompanied also by a video for the lead single
Sour Grapes - a compilation of the highest ranked google images for the
search term Iranian Election.
Raman Kia, who was born in Iran during the
Iran/Iraq war and was sent to England to be educated and to escape the war
describes Iranian Democracy:
"A single slide, a single move, a single raised
hand in the room could shift the lines that change the whole world too. Iranian
Democracy is essentially the soundtrack of change. Iranians are peeling layers
of life from layers of death, but in death there is life and it is a new life
they are fighting for."
