Photos by  ISNA

Payvand.com - According to a report by ISNA, the construction of the biggest museum in western Iran, in the city of Kermanshah, has not been completed after about 32 years from start. According to another report by ISNA, some statistics put the number of unfinished projects across Iran at about 50,000. This is one of the biggest economic problems for the country where year after year the projects consume the funds and resources without any benefits to the people.
