The rotating head of Iran Reformist front, Abbas Mirza Aboutalebi, released

The rotating head of the Reformist front Abbas Mirza Aboutalebi has been released from Tehran's Evin detention center after nearly two months in detention.

Aboutalebi was arrested on July 10 in the course of the unrest that followed President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's victory in the June 12 election.

He was released from Tehran's Evin detention center on Thursday, Ayandenews reported.

Aboutalebi is the deputy secretary general of Hambastegi (Solidarity), an Iranian Reformist party, and was a former deputy at the Iranian Parliament (Majlis).

He was also one of the top campaigners of defeated presidential candidate Mir-Hossein Mousavi.
