Following Cycling for
Human Rights in Iran's hugely successful
Ottawa
campaign, we have now set our sights on an even longer ride from Toronto to
New York for the UN General Assembly between September 23-24, 2009. Mr.
Ahmadinejad will be addressing the UN. By being there, we intend to draw
attention to the widespread and systematic human rights abuses taking place in
Iran.
We will have a four-day ride from Toronto to
New York:
Toronto- Niagara Falls: September 19, 2009
Niagara Falls- New York: September 20-22, 2009
You are highly encouraged to join our ride to New
York. This means you can start with us in Toronto, meet us along the way-
whatever works for you!
