TEHRAN (ISNA)-Iran's national free-style wrestling team stood third in World Wrestling Championships in Herning, Denmark.

Mehdi Taghavi in (66kg) category took gold medal, Fardin Masoumi in (120kg) bagged silver medal and Sadegh Goudarzi in (74kg) claimed bronze medal.

Iran with 40 points came after Russia and Azerbaijan.

The competition kicked off on September 21 will be closed on September 27.
