The Islamic Republic of Iran's crude oil exports to China increased 46 percent in January-July 2011, China Customs Organization reported.
Iran's total crude exports to China increased 46.73 percent from January to July 2011 over the same period of the previous year.
China imported about 16.2 million tons of crude oil from the Islamic Republic in the mentioned period, making Iran the third largest oil supplier of the Asian country after Saudi Arabia and Angola.
Iran currently provides China with 12 percent of its total annual oil demand.
Iran's crude oil exports to China hit 2.74 million tons in July, indicating a 35.07 percent growth over the same period of the previous year.
Iran's LPG exports to china also reached about 420 thousand tons in the first seven months of the year, an increase of 31.79 percent. nnounced self-sufficiency in producing petrol with daily production of 66.5 million liters.
