"All of Queiroz's requests had been accepted but he informed that he could not accept the offer for private reasons," Ali Kaffashian told TV sports programme 90.
According to president of Iran Football Federation all technical and financial details were accepted by Queiroz, but apparently his family members were not ready to live in Iran for the next three years.
It's understood that the 57-year old coach will likely take charge of Saudi Arabia football team.
