Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi says he held "positive" talks with the IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano in the Austrian capital of Vienna on Tuesday, IRNA reported.
"During the meeting, both sides pledged to have their experts present a mechanism of expanding cooperation on Iran's nuclear issue in order to settle misunderstandings in an appropriate way," Salehi told reporters after the meeting.
"There are certain alleged studies that were raised during talks between Mr. Amano and Head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization Fereydoun Abbasi," he added.
The Iranian minister noted that in his hour-long talks with Amano, the two sides also continued discussions on the alleged studies and agreed to seriously follow up the case to resolve outstanding issues.
