Spring is around the corner. The arrival of spring also coincides with the beginning of the Persian New Year Norouz. This is a festive occasion for Iranians and many other countries in the region. To welcome Norouz and in appreciation of the various customs observed by the people across Iran, a festival is being held in Tehran highlighting these traditions.
