Iran Economic Summit 2011: November 23-24 in Tehran
Proposed Agenda

With a population of some 70 million and an expected 2011 GDP of over $410 billion, this is certainly a market which cannot be ignored (according to "The Economist"). In five years the GDP of the Islamic Republic will reach $767.2 billion.

Since the Islamic Republic of Iran began eliminating energy subsidies, it can be seen as a move that could transform the way the country's economy works and influence reform in other energy-producing countries, IMF economists say.

Water management, supply, sanitation and waste management are just but one of the key areas where investors and expertise is sought, as is food processing and packaging.

The 200+ expected international audience will consist of leading European, Middle East and Indian/Far Eastern -based companies and senior officials. An equal number of Iran's business leaders will also be present.

B2B sessions will built into the programme and early booking (kindly register by following this link) is recommended on two grounds: (a) that we anticipate strong demand and (b) that visa procedures could take some time (details of this procedure can be found in the general Summit information) registrations include up to 3 nights Hotel accommodation, local transfers and meals at Hotel or Conference venue.

We look forward to discussing further your participation at the Summit and to counting you in this unique flagship event for Iran in 2011.
