Islamic countries have to accept the fact that the real enemy is being overlooked while Muslims are fighting against each other, he said in his speech before the Organization of Islamic Countries summit Wednesday in Saudi Arabia.
"We should not underestimate the enemy, we should realize that our enemies have certain plots for every country," he added.
"In order to settle disputes among different groups or between the groups and governments, and also in order to implement fundamental reforms, I suggest establishing an arbitration body composed of faithful, committed, fair and trustworthy people with complete authority and fair arbitration mechanism."
The president then expressed Iran's readiness to host the OIC next meeting to elaborate on the proposal as soon as possible.
