The beginning of the new academic year in Iran Wednesday morning was also a new beginning for the children in the quake hit regions in northeastern Iran. To makes this a happy start for these children, a special "blossom festival" was held at Koueik village, town of Heris. The Minister of Education and the Governor of East Azerbaijan province participated at this event during which the school bell rang. As the photos show, even in the aftermath of the tragic quake, life is flowing in these energetic children!
