The American Iranian Council (AIC) invites you to attend a timely conference titled, “US-Iran direct talks: is there a Breakthrough on the Horizon?” This event is a part of the AIC's flagship project, “Mapping US-Iran Peace," which aims to facilitate a constructive dialogue between Iran and the United States. The lack of direct communication between the two countries has become a serious obstacle to nuclear negotiations. The Council has strived to improve US-Iran relations for over two decades, never ceasing to advocate for a diplomatic resolution to their conflict. The conference brings together prominent speakers to discuss the prospects for furthering rapprochement after the recent diplomatic breakthroughs in Geneva and at the United Nations General Assembly.
