In an interview with IBNA, the translator of the book 'A History of Russian Literature' by Victor Terass, stated that the primary problem of Simin was due to her lung deficiency, which in turn caused heart failure.
Behbahani added that now the oxygen system has been removed and that the poetess could breathe naturally.
"Some reporters and news photographers sought to take photos of my mother and publish them in newspapers, but she always wants to be decorated. Furthermore, the camera rays may endanger her health," he said.
Ali Behabani maintained that the physicians are permanently monitoring the poetess health, and as soon as her consciousness becomes natural, she will be transferred to the public section.
Due to the reduction of consciousness, Simin Bahbani has been hospitalized in Pars hospital in Tehran since two weeks ago.
Simin Behabani has been nominated twice for the Nobel Prize in literature.
