As Iranian Americans, so many of us want to find a way to support causes within Iran. The OMID Foundation is a worthy cause that has proven success in helping empower some of the most vulnerable young women in Iran. OMID also has an official OFAC license, and your donations and support are tax deductible.

We believe all people are created equal; but the reality is that not everyone receives an equal opportunity. Our desire, and our commitment, is to raise awareness about the challenges faced by marginalized young women in Iran, and to mobilize people and resources to bring them HOPE. Hope through education; hope through counseling and self-affirmation; hope through new experiences and above all, hope through a compassionate and unconditional love.
