Iran's Navy Commander Admiral Habibollah Sayyari
"The navy does not plan to enter territorial waters of any country," he said, referring to some reports that the Iranian Navy has been moving across Atlantic Ocean near the US maritime boarder.
"Two thirds of the earth is made of sea, 70-80 percent of which are high seas which belong to all countries and we are entitled to move in high seas."
He further noted that the country's Navy will never arrive in any country, "because we are not aggressor."
The Iranian flotilla has not arrived at the Atlantic Ocean, he said, adding it is now in the Gulf Aden and will return home late March or early February.
The 29th training and combat flotilla of Iranian Navy has already started an international mission from Bandar Abbas to Atlantic Ocean.
