"Recognition that Iran will only accept solution that respects its dignity and rights can lead to final nuclear deal before this summer," Zarif wrote on his twitter account.
Also, he said that Iran has shown its "determination" and "political will" to resolve the issue, adding, "It is time for other side to hold their end of the bargain."
Iran and the 5+1 group (the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany) will meet again in Vienna on March 17, to discuss ways to achieve a comprehensive nuclear solution.
The Vienna talks follows a ground-breaking interim accord between Iran and the six powers in November last year under which Tehran agreed to limit its higher-level enrichment until late July in return for limited relief from sanctions.
As part of the diplomatic process, EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton, who is coordinating the talks on behalf of the European countries, held intensive meetings with high-ranking Iranian officials in Tehran on Sunday.
