The Press Supervisory Board cleared banned newspaper 'Bahar' of charges leveled by prosecutor-general.

Following the vote of the Press Supervisory Board, the branch 76 of Tehran province's Penal Court headed by Judge Siamak Modir-Khorasani acquitted the daily's managing-editor Saeed Pour-Azizi.
The daily had earlier been sentenced to a six-month ban by the same court.
The managing-editor of Bahar daily has been put on trial for three times within a period of less than a year.
The third trial of the daily's managing editor was held on September 14 on charges of publishing libel and disturbing public opinion leveled by prosecutor-general.
Press Supervisory Board rejected all the charges and acquitted the newspaper and subsequently the court issued acquittal of the daily's managing editor.
