The Iranian men's national team has ended its campaign at the third edition of the Rollball World Cup in India, and finished as the runner-up of the international contests after falling to the hosts.

The Iranian squad lost to the world-title-holder India 6-4 in a match played
at the Shree Chhatrapati Shivaji Sports Complex in the Balewadi suburb of
India's western city of Pune on Sunday.
Earlier in the day, Lithuanian rollball players claimed the bronze medal in the third-place game.
On Saturday, Iranian women's national rollball team claimed the third position at the third edition of the Rollball World Cup.
The Kenyan rollball team won the title after defeating the hosts 2-1 in the final match.
The third edition of the Rollball World Cup started in Pune on December 14, and will finish on December 20, 2015.
The competitions brought together 16 teams in the women's section. A total of 33 teams from across the world vied for the top honor during the five-day event.
Rollball is played on skates and between two teams of 12 players. Only six players out of the 12 are allowed to play on court at a time. A player can hold the ball in one hand or both hands, but must dribble the ball while carrying it.
The game was created by Indian sports teacher Raju Dabhade in Pune, India. Dabhade is now the secretary of the International Rollball Federation.
